Tappan Quality Commitment

Every Tappan heating and cooling product is built tough for the long haul. We are the only heating and cooling manufacturer to use a process called Demand Flow Technology (DFT).

With Demand Flow Technology, we test each and every furnace and air conditioner we make. In fact, each product goes through our "check, check and recheck" process at every station during the manufacturing process. Before they leave the factory, our gas furnaces are checked about 234 times, and our air conditioners are checked about 144 times.

We perform 100% computer automated testing at our quality control station to eliminate human error in the final analysis. It's the confidence we have in our manufacturing process that allows us to offer a long-lasting Warranty and Tappan Tough Quality Pledge.

We are proud to design and assemble all Tappan heating and cooling products in the United States. Our plants are located in Missouri and Tennessee, the heart of the Midwest.
